...the new move...
the new move into a smaller places creates many changes for me. one- i learnt to chuck everything that's not essential. But....for me...i think the biggest change is that i'll live a healthier lifestyle. I'll be walking 20 mins to the go train station every day now. I didn't think it was that far, but google maps estimates on foot it would take 20 mins...so i'll give myself 20 extra mins more than my normal routine. this means i'll have to sleep at 10:30 every night and wake up at 5:45...le sigh. Originally, I estimated that the walk to the go train station would take 15 mins tops. But we'll have to see.
After my 30 day song challenge, I think i'm gonna do a 30 day exercise challenge. One of those ones where you do the same move for as many reps as you possibly can do or something. we'll see how it goes- i might just be tooo pooped after walking home from the go train station every day for the next little while. I still have 15 days to get in better shape before I do this challenge. I'm 165 lbs...I'm planning to drop down to 125 within the year. We'll see how that goes. I'll have to be more diligent with what I eat, how much I eat and exercise....ergs...
